Due to the nature of our products (packaged food products), unfortunately returns are not possible unless specifically authorised by The Nut Hut in advance. If accepted, return postage is the responsibility of the sender and they shall bare all return postage costs unless specifically advised.
Please Note: The Nut Hut will endeavor to dispatch your order by the requested method, but due to the irregularity in parcel size and satchel volume, sometimes this is not possible but you will NOT be charged any extra, in fact excess postage charged will be refunded to you, (Paypal orders only). In this situation, The Nut Hut will dispatch orders via Australia Post Parcel service and you will be notified of the changes.
